Collective Action Team (C.A.T.)
The Collective Action Team (CAT) mission/vision/purpose:
To collectively promote changes in Florida Statute 723 through local Homeowners Associations and the FMO to protect and enhance the rights of senior living in affordable manufactured home communities in and around the greater Lakeland area and Polk County Florida.
CAT Committee meetings will be held on the 2nd Monday of each month during the months of July through October via Zoom at 1030am.
